EVENT TIMELINE​
Please book at least 30-60 days in advance.
MAINTENANCE
Clients are responsible for gathering trash & properly disposing of it.
DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS:
9.Sixteen Event Space does not hold or reserve dates without BOTH a deposit and a signed agreement. A signed agreement is not valid without payment of the deposit.
PAYMENTS: All Payments must be made online or in person. 9.Sixteen Event Venue is not required to send payment reminders. 50% Deposit is due at booking the remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. (Forms of Payment Accepted: Cash, Zelle, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). 9.Sixteen Event Venue does not accept payment by checks.
PRICING, TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE.

EXTENDED TIMES
If your event continues through midnight you are required to have security officer or police active at your event. 9.Sixteen doesn’t allow any hangings on the walls with pins or tape. Any damages sustained will result to card on file being charged.
In the event you need to reschedule or cancel your event, please do so within 30 days of event. Failure to properly communicate will result to no future bookings.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
Please do not leave children unattended. 9.Sixteen event venue will not be responsible for lost or injured children.
If the building property is damaged by you, your guests, employees, or agents, your account will automatically be billed for related damages. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
